We design, supply, and precisely install a wide range of products, from innovative Clip-In and Perforated ceilings to advanced Glass Façade and Aluminium Wall Cladding systems. Our work transforms both new-builds and A&A projects across diverse sectors, including commercial, healthcare, data centers, and educational facilities.

The Contractors Registry, administered by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), was set up to serve the procurement needs of government departments, statutory bodies and other public sector organisations including first level sub-contractors involved in government projects. It is a recognition of the capability of companies to handle projects of various sizes.
Uni-Flex Technology Pte Ltd carries products under two categories – Interior Products (Ceilings) and Architectural (External Cladding) Products.
Interior products include ceiling systems such as Clip-In Ceiling System, Perforated Ceiling System, Standard Access Panel etc, just to name a few.
Architectural Products comprise of External Cladding products such as Glass Façade, Aluminium Wall Cladding system, Glazed Curtain Wall, Perforated Feature Wall etc.
Typical projects undertaken by the company include New-builds and A&A works for commercial buildings, data centres, healthcare facilities, institutions, schools, recreational hub and detention & correctional facilities.
In recent years, there have been a few high profile fire incidents in Singapore and overseas due to the use of non-approved (Non Class ‘O’) composite panels for wall cladding. Fire safety is critical for our installations and our wall cladding systems comply to all SCDF (Singapore Civil Defence Force) requirements. As an added service, we provide Façade Inspection Service to help building owners to inspect their building cladding systems.
Over the last 10 years, Uni-Flex Technology, as a reliable player in the industry, has helped many architects and designers turn many innovative sketches into finished products. We treat architects, designers and building owners as our partners. Our ultimate objective is to work together with our partners and to deliver the project within schedule, within budget and meeting all safety requirements.
